Our desire is to recommend the best intervention at the time of the assessment. Each problem has different possible root causes in three main dimensions:

- physical (medical, heredity, neurodevelopment of the brain, environment, diet, etc);
- psychological (intellectual, motivational, emotional, educational, relationship between mom and dad, parental - skills, family dynamic, etc);
- spiritual

We are concentrating on the intellectual and emotional aspects of the problem dynamic. It is the parents responsibility to pursue the interventions that pertain to the physical and spiritual aspects of the problems with the help of other resources. The parents have to understand that we only can accomplish so much in the first visits and for better results parents should consider several short follow-up sessions to analyse the best interventions that change as the child progresses and benefit from my growing investment of interest in you child and your commitment.
